The PiR Partnership LLP was set up in 2004, and has been providing accounting services, virtual director services and business advice to individuals, small and medium businesses and corporate clients ever since. Our aim is to make your life as simple as possible, so you can focus on what you do best – growing your business.

From our offices in Shipston-on-Stour, we work with start-ups looking to incorporate and grow, small to medium businesses who want to outsource payroll, book keeping, tax and accountancy requirements, and sole traders who often do not have the time or the expertise to manage the financial side of their business themselves.

As a new business, Ian helped me set up my Limited Company and has since managed the accounts for the last 18 months. Jenny Hampton

Jenny joined PiR in September 2015 as an apprentice studying for her Level 2 AAT, and will shortly be moving onto Level 3. She is responsible for providing payroll services for our clients and including supporting them with the paperwork and calculations requires for leavers/joiners.

Jenny’s knowledge extends to auto enrolment. She sets up NEST (National Employment Savings Trust) schemes for clients and ensures they meet all their obligations in terms of letters to staff and filing declarations of compliance with the Pensions Regulator.
